Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas

 What's for lunch?

Green Chile Enchiladas - will make 10 enchiladas.  (I usually do 5 in a little pan and 5 in a pan to freeze without the sauce or cheese on top)
1 lb cooked chicken
taco seasoning
1-8oz pkg cream cheese
1 can rotel tomatoes
can green chile sauce - If making a full 9x13 pan with all 10 tortillas use 2 cans.
shredded cheddar cheese

Cook chicken & shred.  Add taco seasoning.  Melt cream cheese into chicken.  Add a can of rotel.  Roll up into tortillas. Top with green chile sauce and cheddar cheese.  Bake in oven 350*F for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted.  (You can put tin foil on top and take off last 10 minutes to crisp, or skip foil)
